New Zealand Society for Otolaryngology, Head and Neck SurgeryHis role has included selection & supervision of trainees, therefore ensuring that the next generation of Surgeons are comprehensively trained to the required standards.

Allan also trains other Surgeons in how to best educate trainees in a fair & supportive environment. This role as a facilitator has required extensive additional courses & educational improvement to ensure that Allan leads by example.
